During the training day with David Clutterbuck (one of the fathers of modern mentoring ), organized in Milan by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council Italy, the director of SIM presented the project VM PRO.
The project has aroused the interest of EMCC and the appreciation of Clutterbuck for the research work that will be carried out, which will contribute – he said – to consolidating the scientific basis of the methodology.
