Intercultural association of women, founded in 1998, Nosotras has been a community of practice in these twenty years: women from all over the world, in the daily practice of sharing activities, have become protagonists of their life project and have developed various initiatives gender (including mentoring) to support each other.
Simona Lanzoni and Isabella Mancini, co-founder of Nosotras ONLUS – partner of SIM in different national and local projects – talked about VM PRO during the december staff meeting of Asssociation. Two mentors and 3 or four mentee from Nosotras, wich operates especially with stranger families, will join the project in january 2019.
