RQTH: recognition as an employee with a disability
“A worker with a disability shall be considered to be “any person whose chances of obtaining or retaining a job are effectively reduced as a result of the impairment of one or more physical, sensory, mental or psychological functions”.
A procedure for the recognition of the status of a restricted worker is now initiated when processing an application for the granting or renewal of the AAH.
