NOORTJE (22) IS WORK LIMITED: EVERYTHING FOR DREAM JOB
The 22-year-old Noortje van Lith has a work disability. This makes her one of the 1.7 million people* according to the CBS. Of these, 603,000 people have a job. This means that due to their limitations, they need an adapted workplace. And there are too few of them, according to State Secretary Tamara van Ark, Social Affairs and Employment. This is also noticed by Lith: “Employers react differently when they see that I am in a wheelchair.”
